Transport Information

Students at The Hinckley Sixth Form benefit from studying in a fantastic location, as our campus is located close to Hinckley town centre with bus and train stations, leisure centre, library, cafés, supermarkets and shopping and research opportunities within walking distance. Our location means we are easily accessible by foot, public transport, bike or car.

The majority of our students benefit from a short daily commute to The Hinckley Sixth Form, meaning that they can spend time focusing on their studies, as well as achieving balance with their work and social lives. Our students join us from a wide variety of locations including Hinckley, Burbage, Barwell, Earl Shilton, Stoney Stanton, Sapcote, Nuneaton and Leicester.

Travelling by Car

We enjoy congratulating our students each year as they reach the milestone of passing their driving test. Students can register for a permit to park on site in our student car park, however places are limited.

If students are being dropping off or picked up by car, then we ask that this happens away from the site entrance and that cars do not enter the main car park.

Travelling by Bike

If cycling to The Hinckley Sixth Form, we encourage students to wear a suitable helmet and to bring a bike lock for use in our bike sheds.
